Because our products are research reagents, returns are handled case-by-case. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or does not match the packing list, contact us within a reasonable window with your order number and photos.

Refunds, when issued, are returned via the original payment method wherever possible.
